Todd, Ryan and Garrett are 'jacks of all trades.'  Taking care of the day-to-day functioning of the ranch means:  loading hay, fixing equipment, putting in fencing, catching animals, and everything else imaginable.  They are the backbone of the PVDR operation.  Each one brings their unique outlook and experience on board.  Todd with his quiet sense of humor and trademark overalls, Ryan with his cowboy look and compassion, and Garrett with his physical strength and infectious laugh.
